Privacy notice

Lanna Elephant Care collects only what it needs to run your visit: your name, email, an optional WhatsApp or Line number, your party size, your pickup place and any notes you choose to give.

We use these details to confirm your booking, pick you up, remind you the day before and ask for a review after your visit. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Card details go directly to our payment provider, Omise (Opn Payments), and never reach our systems. PromptPay payments are handled by your bank and Omise.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the booking and our accounts. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details (Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA): message 084 229 4998.
